T - Soul Limbo (aka BBC Cricket Song)

My version of Booker T and the MGs’ “Soul Limbo” is, well, a lot less fun. It’s not so much Caribbean than Latin, not so much get-up-and-dance as bob-your-head-and-sway-a-bit. But that’s more my style I suppose.
Anyway, it’s a slightly different take on the tune that many cricket fans around the world know thanks to the BBC back in the day. In homage to the BBC and New Zealand cricket, this clip includes a tiny bit of cricket commentary from New Zealand’s first ever win on Australian soil.
Obviously I couldn’t resist throwing in a little solo in there. Heh.
